Mijn eerste en tweede poging tot verfijnde, suikervrije desserts:

• Avocado Delight met Pecan Crunch
• Sweet Potato Dream met Pecan Crust

Zowel vader als dochter hebben het geproefd, en allebei vonden ze het lekker!

Vandaag maakte ik gebruik van de 2 kleipotten die ik had gekocht. Eerste poging, en iedereen in huis vond het wel lekker, dus het was een goede aankoop.  

Today I used the claypots which i bought yesterday. First attempt, and everyone at home liked the results, so it was a good purchase.
